All parties follow a general plan, though timings may vary slightly based on the children's ages, the types of games or activities, and any added extras like candy floss.

At the start of your party, our team will check in with you and the birthday child to ensure the planned games and activities are suitable and to see if you have any requests for specific songs or games. We will also check if there is anything we should be aware of regarding sound levels or any additional needs of your guests.

The party theme is showcased through our projector screen, photo wall, props, games, prizes, and tattoos. Please note that we do Not provide themed tablecloths, plates, or cups. You are welcome to bring any additional themed items, though only freestanding decorations or balloons are allowed.

2-Hour Party Package Outline

First 20 Minutes: Arrival and Welcome

  • Meet and greet guests as they arrive.

  • Face paint/glitter and temporary tattoos for the children.

  • General disco with fun music to set the party atmosphere.

  • Distribute balloons.

Next 30 Minutes: Themed Games and Activities

  • Engage the children in games and activities tailored to the party theme that you have chosen.

  • Activities vary by theme to create a memorable experience aligned with the party’s style.

Next 20-25 Minutes: Food and Treats

  • Serve food and candy floss (if included in the package).

  • Allow time for the children to sit, relax, and enjoy their food.

Next 15 - 20 Minutes: Birthday Celebration and Dancing

  • Sing “Happy Birthday” and bring out the cake (if provided).

  • General dancing and maybe another quick game if time allows.

Next 15 Minutes: Foam Party

  • Host a fun foam party session with safety mats and supervised play.

  • Encourage children to enjoy the foam and dance in a safe space.

Final 10 Minutes: Wrap-Up and Goodbyes

  • Take group photos and individual pictures at the photo wall.

  • Hand out party favors and say goodbye to the guests as they leave.
