Your Celebration City FAQs: Everything You Need to Know for the Perfect Party
Planning a party can come with lots of questions, and we're here to help! Below, you'll find answers to some of the most common queries we get at Celebration City. If you can't find what you're looking for, Please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
What age groups are your parties best suited for?
Our parties are perfect for children aged 1 -14 years. We believe that every child deserves a party that perfectly matches their age and interests! That's why we ask for your child's age when you book with us. By knowing their age, we can customise the activities, games, and entertainment to ensure the experience is fun, engaging, and age-appropriate for your child and their friends. We will also consult with you and your child at the beginning of the party to ensure a personalised experience, and to make sure that the party meets expectations.
How Many Children can attend a party?
We set out a guide of 30 children maximum at each party. This helps us to ensure games are inclusive and we can accommodate if all parents stay. if there are a few more children over this amount, It is not a problem in regards to fire regulations or capacity so you will not have to inform us of headcount, but please note there is limited space so around 30 children is most advisable.
How much does a party cost?
All parties are priced at £295 for a 2-hour slot. Additional services can be added for an extra fee. A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking. The remainder of the balance is to be paid 1 week before your party. A personalised quote is automatically sent after booking with all the food packages and additional extras that are available. You are more than welcome to bring your own food/buffet if preferred but please note all food must be fully prepared before entering the venue. We do not have the facilities to cook or prepare food onsite. If you are bringing your own food/buffet, plates are not provided.
do you provide invitations?
No, We do not provide invitations as part of our party packages, as we believe invitations are a more personalised touch that families can customise to their own style and preferences.
Is there Parking? How do I find Celebration City?
Zone Five car park is located on your first right off Weevil Lane, with the Pump House Café situated in the car park. At the top of the car park, you'll see a black gate (next to the hair salon). Walk through the gate and turn right. You'll notice three short posts ahead—our building is just beyond them on the right. It may look like you're approaching a block of flats, as we are located underneath residential accommodation. If you or your guests need further directions, feel free to give us a call.

Free parking is available in Zone Five for up to 4 hours.
Can I customise my child’s party?
Absolutely! We offer customizable options to make your child’s party truly unique. Feel free to give us a call to discuss your ideas.
Can I choose a theme you do not currently list?
We’re always open to accommodating new themes! Please give us a call to discuss further.
How far in advance should I book a party?
We recommend booking at least one month in advance to ensure your preferred date and theme are available. However, if we have available spots you can book up to one week before your selected date.
How far in advance should I Arrive for my childs Party?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your party booking time to set out the food/cake or both and be ready to meet your guests. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early, as we’ll be busy preparing the space for your party and won’t be able to grant access to the building. We aim to have everything ready about 10 minutes before doors open for your guests, though occasionally our hosts may still be adding final touches when you arrive in this 10-15 minute preparation window.
Can i add additional extras on at the party?
The candy floss add-on is available to purchase on the party day. Since we have a candy floss machine onsite that’s visible to the children, it can not be hidden and is always an option for a sweet treat! Please let one of our hosts know at the beginning of the party if you would like to add this. Due to preparation, we cannot offer any other extras on such short notice.
What safety measures are in place at Celebration City?
Your child’s safety is our top priority. We adhere to strict safety standards and have measures in place to ensure a secure environment for all our guests. We require at least two adults to supervise the guests of your party and make sure that guests are adhering to the rules of the venue as our hosts are there for fun and entertainment. if health and safety rules are not being adhered to our hosts may have to intervene in ensuring guidelines are followed. While we strive to create a fun, exciting environment and understand that children are full of energy, we also need to maintain a level of organisation to keep everyone safe. Please refer to the terms and conditions in your contract. Protective rubber mats are used for all our foam parties.
Can parents of the children attending a party stay during the party?
Absolutely! They are welcome to relax and watch the festivities. There is room for all parents to stay when standing. Most parents sit on the tables and benches that are provided for the children to eat and just stand when the children eat. There are a few places to sit around the side of the venue also.
Do you provide catering for parties?
We have numerous food packages that can be added as an optional extra. A personalised quote is sent to you automatically after booking, with all additional options available to choose from.
You are more than welcome to bring your own food if preferred but please note, food has to be fully prepared before entering the venue. We do not have the facilities to cook or prepare food and plates are not provided with this option. A waste disposal fee will be included on your quote if you choose this option. If you decide to take all waste with you, we will refund this fee at the end of your party. We have a small fridge on site for storing food, condiments, and milk used by our business. You are welcome to use this fridge if space is available; however, it is not designated for exclusive use or included in your party package.
Is the venue accessible for guests with disabilities?
Yes, Celebration City is fully accessible to ensure all guests can enjoy the party experience.
We are based on the ground floor, we have ramp entry, and all doors are wheelchair accessible. There are no steps within the building. We have a disabled toilet with wheelchair access.
Are there Baby changing facilities?
Yes, we have a baby changing station located in the female/disabled toilet.
is there anywhere the parents/guardians can get tea or coffee?
We are pleased to offer complimentary tea and coffee for you to prepare to your liking. Please note, we provide a traditional kettle rather than a coffee machine.
Do we have to clean up?
If You choose to bring your own food, you are responsible for cleaning up the food seating area and kitchenette. If you’ve opted for our catering add-ons such as hotdogs or finger buffet, we will handle all the clean up, so you can relax and enjoy the day (this does not include the candy floss add-on).
We ask that if you have made tea or coffee for yourselves that you kindly wash up cups and utensils provided.
