It is with a very heavy heart that I have to announce that Celebration City has ceased trading with immediate effect.

I had genuinely hoped to honour our November bookings and tried everything I could to make this possible, but unfortunately, the current economic climate and financial pressures mean it is simply no longer viable for me to continue.

This has been an incredibly difficult decision, and I am truly sorry to disappoint anyone who had a party booked with us. Every customer affected will receive a full refund within 10 working days.

I would like to thank every family who has supported Celebration City, celebrated special birthdays with us, and trusted us to make their children’s parties memorable. Your support has meant more to me than you will ever know.

I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment caused and thank you for your understanding during this difficult time.
